- Kettlebell Long Chain Clean & Press ladder up to 3 (1R, 1L, 2R, 2L, 3R, 3L)
- 5 dead-hang pull-ups (or substitute Renegade Rows or another pulling movement)
- 5 Deadlifts (or substitute Suitcase Deadlifts or behind-the-neck squats)
Select a weight that whips your ass, but that you can do safely for that amount of time / number of sets. Unfortunately, because I'm such a hulking behemouth (stop giggling), I didn't have the tools to go as heavy as I needed to. I used a 16-kg kettlebell (I need to finally get a bigger mamma-jamma), wore a 20# weight vest for the pull-ups, and did deadlifts with two 52.5# dumbells.
