Sh*t Sandwich Weather Workout

I tried this yesterday afternoon as the storm's shitfulness was at its peak. It's a pretty darn good strength and conditioning workout.
Repeat for 30min or a predetermined number of sets.

Select a weight that whips your ass, but that you can do safely for that amount of time / number of sets. Unfortunately, because I'm such a hulking behemouth (stop giggling), I didn't have the tools to go as heavy as I needed to. I used a 16-kg kettlebell (I need to finally get a bigger mamma-jamma), wore a 20# weight vest for the pull-ups, and did deadlifts with two 52.5# dumbells.
