Hating Yourself as Much as the Weather?

I'm really back into this masochistic stuff lately. These types of training sessions are great because they're highly effective and short. If you're not puking after this one, you're not pushing yourself hard enough!
Repeat for 15 min. Rest between sets, not between stations. Try to limit your rest to no more than 30 sec.
