Suggested workout for Thursday, April 24:

4 stations around the track, run to each station, repeat 4 times:

5 snatches each side
10 pushups
20 two handed swings
15 jumping squats

***Finisher: 50 yds of burpees!

Bring your kettlebells so we have enough.
