I couldn't tell if they're on mats or not for the first part...those takedowns look painful. when are you testing next?? Is it like that?
My school doesn't do formal testing for a number of reasons, though they are working on codifying curricula for each belt. Right now, there's a minimum time in rank and class attendances to even be considered for promotion. Then they decide at some point that you've proven yourself worthy.
Let's just say I've got some time before I can even think about a purple belt...
HAHAHA you're a member of two schools that have completely ambiguous and arbitrary ranking systems. Maybe the USFHCCC should start creating ranks so we have some identity and purpose.
