Mountain-Burpee Ladder

Here's a little routine that I put together during the "take 10 minutes to do whatever you hell want" warm up last night that could fit nicely into a larger workout:

10 Mountain Climbers, 0 Burpee w/Pushup
9 Mountain Climbers, 1 Burpee w/Pushup
8 " ", 2 Burpees w/Pushup
7 " ", 3 " "
.
..
...
0 Mountain Climbers, 10 Burpees w/Pushup

Mountain Climber-> Both legs = 1 rep

Your arms get surprisingly tired from the combination of pushups and holding your self in place during the climbers. Get excited.
