Hello USFHCCC!! I'm really missing our Thursday night workouts.
I've been wanting to post some workout/challenges here to keep us going until the Spring and warmer weather.
Here's the first:
100 burpees.
Post the time it takes you to get through all 100, then try to beat it. I like to think of it as 10 sets of 10 burpees. It's a little easier to swallow!

In a similar theme I've been timing how long it takes me to do 100 pushups. Will Ferrel said (outbursting rage actually )on some great SNL skit that he can do 100 pushups in 5min, so I figured I had to beat at least that. Im down to 3:55, but have skipped the last week or so.
I do the 100 followed by 100 squats in the mornign before a shower (or after the shower if you don't like your co-workers). Post your shit! I gotta try the burpee thing somehow without pissing off the downstairs neighbors.
ps you forgot the knee tuck!
I am way too busy eating grilled cheese hamburgers and chocolate covered bacon.
