I lift things up and put them down



Supposedly, Planet Fitness = No Critics. They apparently have an alarm with a flashing light when someone acts like a lunk, or "one who grunts, drops weights, or judges" [emphasis theirs]. Sounds like they need an irony alarm in the marketing department!

Planet Fitness is fucking lame. A giant treadmill factory with a 'juice bar' to ensure your post-workout reward negates the calories you just spent a boring hour burning.

They told an inquiring friend of mine that barbell training was dangerous, unnecessary and inefficient for getting stronger. Also said they don't want "that kind of mentality" (see commercial) in their gym.
