Just wanted to thank everyone for the good thoughts and give you a little update about my snatch. I know my snatch has suffered in the past 6 months. (Yes, hard to believe it could get any worse). The impact of snatching over the ankle is still more than I can bear, but so help me, I will get my snatch back into shape as soon as I can. I've mentally reviewed my snatch, visualizing it's perfection. For now, I am up to 10 minutes on a bike and 10 minutes at a slow jog. Next, jumping!
