Hello USFHCCC!! I'm really missing our Thursday night workouts.
I've been wanting to post some workout/challenges here to keep us going until the Spring and warmer weather.
Here's the first:
100 burpees.
Post the time it takes you to get through all 100, then try to beat it. I like to think of it as 10 sets of 10 burpees. It's a little easier to swallow!
